Optisan India is a reseller of branded products. We do not manufacture the products sold on the Website.

8. Payment Terms

In case of cancellations:

  • 3% processing fee applies to standard transactions.

  • 4% fee applies to EMI and American Express transactions.

  • 5% fee applies to international cards.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days after approval.

9. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 5 PM may qualify for same-day dispatch (subject to stock).

  • Delivery timelines are estimated at 5–7 business days.

Delivery delays caused by force majeure events (weather, strikes, riots, roadblocks, courier issues, etc.) are beyond our control.

10. Return & Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of placement.

  • Products may be returned within 24 hours of delivery if unused and in original condition.

  • Products showing physical damage, misuse, or tampering are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error.

Physical damage voids manufacturer warranty. Physical damage includes:
