 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Returns

Products may be returned within 24 hours of delivery, subject to:

  • Product being unused

  • Original packaging intact

  • No physical damage

  • All accessories and invoice included

Returns beyond this period may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Physically damaged products

  • Used or tampered items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Special order items

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 working days.

Processing charges apply:

  • 3% for standard transactions

  • 4% for EMI and American Express transactions

  • 5% for international cards

4. Return Shipping

  • If return is due to customer preference, shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

  • If return is due to incorrect/damaged shipment from our end, we will bear the shipping cost.

  • Orders placed before 5 PM may qualify for same-day dispatch (subject to stock).

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery is typically completed within 5–7 business days from dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

4. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Political disturbances

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier partner delays

  • Force majeure events

4️⃣ CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.

After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has been processed or shipped.

2. Refund on Cancellation

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 working days, subject to applicable payment gateway processing fees:

  • 3% – Standard transactions

  • 4% – EMI & AMEX

  • 5% – International cards

3. Cancellation by Optisan India

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

  • Pricing errors

  • Stock unavailability

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

Refund will be processed in full (excluding payment gateway fees, if applicable).
